Limehome targets 25,000 hotel units in Europe by 2030

European hotel operator Limehome has announced a strategic goal to reach 25,000 units under contract by 2030. The company, which specializes in design-led accommodations integrated with proprietary technology, aims for selective growth by prioritizing projects with optimal location, demand, and profitability.

As of July 2026, the company manages over 13,000 units across 160 cities in 13 European countries. The expansion strategy involves adapting concepts to various property types, including the conversion of existing buildings, mixed-use developments, and new constructions. Recent projects include repositioning buildings in Berlin and Brussels, and a historical building recovery in Bremen.

In Spain, Limehome is expanding its suite designs in Valencia, Bilbao, and Madrid, with a target to add between 600 and 1,000 rooms to its Spanish portfolio in 2026. The company continues to secure partnerships with institutional owners such as Aroundtown in Frankfurt, Baltisse Real Estate in Brussels, and Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR in Milan.
