Limenka Teatar Festa international children's theater festival opens in Požarevac

The Limenka Teatar Festa, an international theater festival for children, is being held in Požarevac from September 9 to 13. The event integrates art, ecology, and recycling.

The opening program includes a carnival parade featuring students from several local elementary schools, moving from the City Park through the city to the Sunčan Park and the festival stage. The festivities will feature a performance by the Croatian theater group “Trio Rio” from Požega, which focuses on acrobatic and juggling skills.

Curated by Valentina Pavličić, the festival will host nine performances from six countries: Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
