Limerick GAA announces football championship results and fixtures

Limerick GAA has released the results for Sunday, August 16, and the upcoming fixtures for Saturday, August 15, regarding various football championships.

Sunday results included Monagea defeating Fr Caseys 1-12 to 0-11 in the Premier Junior A Football Championship. In the Junior A Football Championship, Hospital/Herbertstown beat Banogue 4-12 to 1-11. Other results featured Ballybricken/Bohermore defeating Askeaton/Ballysteen/Kilcornan 2-21 to 0-05 in Junior B, and Knockane beating Oola 4-07 to 2-08. In Junior C, Athea defeated Na Piarsaigh 5-12 to 3-11, and Dromcollogher/Broadford beat St Senans 3-13 to 3-10.

Saturday fixtures include Senior Football Championship matches between Galtee Gaels and Fr Caseys, and Askeaton/Ballysteen/Kilcornan against Rathkeale. Intermediate and Junior championships also feature scheduled matches involving Claughaun, St Senans, Ballylanders, Adare, Monaleen, and Knockainey.
