Limited ramen dishes debut at Sushiro and Hakata Ikkosha booth in Japan

Sushiro is rolling out a limited‑edition ENISHI‑supervised tantanmen across all its stores from July 22 to August 2, 2026. The spicy, rich broth dish is priced at ¥480 and will be sold until the allocated 250,000 servings are sold out. At the same time, the chain is also offering a chicken‑bone soy Chinese noodle, capped at 280,000 servings.

Hakata Ikkosha, the well‑known Hakata tonkotsu ramen brand, will appear at Sogo Hiroshima’s 41st Daikyushu Product Expo from May 28 to June 3, 2025. The booth will serve the brand’s signature “original foam” pork‑bone ramen, marking the first exhibition of the brand in Hiroshima since 2011.
