Limoeiro de Anadia: Elderly man found dead at rural farm

An 83-year-old man was found dead at a farm in the rural area of Limoeiro de Anadia, specifically in the Bom Sucesso settlement, on Sunday afternoon.

The victim, identified by the initials J. F. F., was discovered by his son-in-law after failing to return home at his usual time. He was found lying on the ground near his hoe. Emergency medical services (Samu) attended the scene and confirmed the death, noting a possible edema that may have resulted from a fall.

While family members noted the man had a history of heart problems, he had maintained an active farming routine. The Military Police secured the area, and the Medical Legal Institute (IML) was called to collect the body and perform examinations to determine the exact cause of death.
