Lina Wallentinson releases gluten-free baking cookbook

Through extensive experimentation, she has developed recipes designed to produce airy textures and long-lasting moisture. The bakery, located in Vasastan, has become a popular local establishment and has grown into a family-run business involving her husband and children.
