Lincoln City signs Daniel Oyegoke and Chiedozie Ogbene

Lincoln City has completed two significant additions to its squad during the summer transfer window.

Defender Daniel Oyegoke has joined the club from Italian side Hellas Verona. The 23-year-old right-back, who has represented England at the youth level, has signed a contract that runs until June 30, 2030. Oyegoke brings experience from the English, Scottish, and Italian leagues, having previously played for Arsenal’s youth system, Brentford B, Heart of Midlothian, and MK Dons.

Additionally, the club has secured winger Chiedozie Ogbene on a short-term loan from Premier League side Ipswich Town. The 29-year-old Republic of Ireland international adds versatility to the squad, having previously played as a right wing-back for Luton Town and Sheffield United. Ogbene’s arrival marks Lincoln City’s sixth loan signing of the summer.
