Lincoln County Sheriff's Office reports arrests and service calls

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported 285 calls for service between September 15 and September 22, 2026. Year-to-date, the office has responded to 9,993 calls.

Recent law enforcement actions include the arrest of George Ganson Jr. in Nobleboro on multiple warrants involving drug possession and operating under the influence. Samantha A. Reed of Boothbay was arrested on a Penobscot County warrant for several offenses, including driving to endanger and criminal mischief. Leonard W. Santos of Dresden was arrested for aggravated assault.

Additionally, the office issued summonses to Devan L. Anderson for unlicensed shellfish digging and Joseph M. Kelley for attaching false plates. A vehicle accident was also reported in Jefferson involving a Subaru Legacy and a Dodge 2500.
