Supermodel Linda Evangelista has sold her West Chelsea penthouse in New York City for $6.75 million. The 4,022-square-foot residence is located in the Spears Building at 525 W. 22nd St.

Evangelista originally purchased the industrial-chic property in 2001 for $1.4 million. The penthouse features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a 2,500-square-foot terrace. The property was previously listed for as high as $9.45 million in 2024 before undergoing several price reductions.

Last year, the residence was rented by actor Keanu Reeves for approximately $45,000 per month during his time performing in a Broadway production.
