Linda Martini celebrate 20 years of debut album with cover project

Portuguese band Linda Martini is celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album, ‘Olhos de Mongol’, with a new cover album titled ‘Olhos de Mongol xx’. Scheduled for release on December 4 in both vinyl and digital formats, the project features various artists performing new versions of the original nine tracks.

Participating artists include Tó Trips, MAQUINA., Glockenwise, A Garota Não, Scúru Fitchádu, Surma, Clã, Calcutá, and the Brazilian band Boogarins. The band selected these collaborators based on artistic affinity and shared history throughout their careers.

To mark the milestone, the group will perform the debut album in its entirety during two special concerts in November: at Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon on November 6 and at Coliseu Box in Porto on November 11.
