Lindsay Clancy Judge Allows Autopsy Photos and 911 Call as Evidence

Lindsay Clancy appeared in Plymouth County Court in Massachusetts for a pre‑trial hearing. The judge ruled that graphic autopsy images of her three children—aged five, three and eight months—strangled with exercise bands, may be shown to the jury, and that the 911 call made by her husband when he discovered the bodies can also be admitted. Prosecutors also approved a visit by jurors to the family home, now a crime scene. Clancy, a labor‑and‑delivery nurse who survived after jumping from a second‑story window and is now wheelchair‑bound, faces three murder counts and two strangulation counts. Her defense maintains she suffered severe postpartum depression and was over‑medicated, seeking an insanity plea. The trial is scheduled to begin on July 20.
