Lindsay Lohan and Henry Golding to star in Netflix film ‘Return to You’

Lindsay Lohan and Henry Golding are set to star in the upcoming Netflix romantic comedy ‘Return to You’. The film, which is currently in production in Toronto, reunites Lohan with director Mark Waters, who previously collaborated with her on the hits ‘Mean Girls’ and ‘Freaky Friday’.

Set in 2008, the plot follows a powerful but lonely divorce attorney, played by Lohan, who mistakenly receives an emotional DVD recorded by a dying woman for her husband. Using clues from the disc, the attorney embarks on a journey to find the intended recipient, played by Golding, leading to an unexpected romance.

Lohan will also serve as a producer on the project alongside Brad Krevoy. The screenplay is written by Eric Champnella. While a specific release date has not been announced, the film marks another installment in Lohan’s recent series of successful romantic comedies for the streaming platform.
