LINE Games PC title Come to My Party! gains traction at Steam Next Fest

LINE Games has announced the successful conclusion of the Steam Next Fest participation for its upcoming PC black comedy visual novel, ‘Come to My Party!’. Developed by SIMSANG YOON, the game’s Demo 2.0 version featured enhanced storytelling, character development, and gameplay refinements based on player feedback, such as adjusted mini-game difficulty and animation skip functions.

During the event, the title surpassed 10,000 Steam wishlists and received a 95% positive rating from players who tested the demo. Set in 1999 South Korea, the game follows a 10-year-old girl named Jimin as she attempts to become class president to host her first birthday party. The game utilizes hand-drawn artwork to evoke a 1990s aesthetic and features a multi-ending structure driven by player choices.

LINE Games plans to use the feedback gathered during the festival to finalize the product, with a full release scheduled for the first quarter of next year.
