LINEMO launches PayPay and fee waiver campaigns

SoftBank's LINEMO has announced two major promotional campaigns as part of its 5th anniversary celebration. Running from October 24 to November 3, 2026, the initiatives include a PayPay point boost and a waiver of contract administrative fees.

Under the PayPay campaign, customers who switch from other carriers or sign up with a new number for the LINEMO Best Plan or LINEMO Best Plan V can receive up to 20,000 yen worth of PayPay points. This total includes limited bonuses of 4,000 yen for the Best Plan and 8,000 yen for the Best Plan V, added to existing standard rewards.

Additionally, the company is offering a campaign to waive the 3,850 yen contract administrative fee for those signing up for the LINEMO Best Plan or LINEMO Best Plan V during the same period. Specific entry requirements apply for users switching from SoftBank, Y!Mobile, or LINE Mobile.
