Linguaglossa police report man for driving violations and threatening officers

A 29-year-old man from Castiglione di Sicilia has been reported to judicial authorities following a nighttime police check in Linguaglossa. The individual, who has a prior criminal record, was found to be in violation of a mandatory expulsion order (foglio di via) that prohibited him from returning to the municipality.

During the encounter, Carabinieri officers discovered that the man was operating a vehicle without mandatory insurance and without a valid driver's license, which had been previously revoked. In addition to these traffic violations, the man allegedly resisted arrest, insulted, and threatened the officers, leading to charges of threat, resistance, and contempt of a public official.
