Linklaters appoints Osama Audi as corporate partner in Abu Dhabi

Linklaters has appointed Osama Audi as a corporate partner in Abu Dhabi, effective September 1. Audi, a New York-qualified lawyer, joins the firm from Baker McKenzie, where he served as the UAE corporate and M&A head.

Audi brings over two decades of experience advising sovereign wealth investors, private capital clients, and corporations on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. His expertise spans the Middle East, Africa, and South and Southeast Asia, with a focus on sectors such as energy, infrastructure, renewables, healthcare, technology, and consumer goods.

Linklaters leadership noted that Audi’s experience with cross-border transactions and investment corridors aligns with the firm’s strategic priorities and its commitment to investing in the Middle East.
