Links Lodge Dental Practice acquired in Montrose

Links Lodge Dental Practice in Montrose, Scotland, has been acquired by multi-site operator Dr Naga Narra. The sale marks the end of 27 years of ownership by Dr Iain Campbell and Dr David Gibb, who purchased the business in 1999.

Under the previous owners, the practice expanded from five to eight surgeries and invested in modern technology and facilities. The practice serves approximately 13,400 patients from a 140-year-old former merchant’s house. While retiring from ownership, Dr Campbell and Dr Gibb will continue to work clinically at the practice.

Dr Narra, who is acquiring his fourth practice, intends to expand the range of available treatments to include dental implants, orthodontics, and facial aesthetics. The transaction was handled by Christie & Co, though financial terms were not disclosed.
