A digital popularity ranking conducted by JD Sports, based on Google searches, Wikipedia views, and jersey interest, places Lionel Messi at the top with 92.3 points. Messi leads Kylian Mbappé, who ranks second with 87.4 points, followed closely by Erling Haaland (86.7) and Lamine Yamal (86.6).

In contrast, an artificial intelligence model from the French firm AVISIA predicts Lamine Yamal as the most likely winner, giving the FC Barcelona attacker a 23% chance of victory. The AI model, which utilizes a Random Forest algorithm, ranks Harry Kane second with 21%, followed by Kylian Mbappé (19%), Rodri (19%), and Lionel Messi (18%).
