Lionel Messi purchases $8 million adjacent property in Florida

Lionel Messi has expanded his real estate holdings in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, by purchasing the property adjacent to his current mansion for $8 million. The transaction was conducted through Sadani LLC, the same entity that holds the title to his primary residence.

The new property, located at 71 Compass Lane in the Bay Colony gated community, features 712 square meters of living space, six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, a swimming pool, and 49 meters of waterfront with a private dock.

This acquisition follows Messi's purchase of a $10.7 million mansion in the same neighborhood in September 2023. His total real estate investment in the area since joining Inter Miami has reached $18.8 million. The location in a cul-de-sac within a highly secured community is noted as a move to ensure greater privacy for his family.
