Lioness season 3 launches as lead character Joe survives injuries

The third season of the TV series Lioness begins airing, with the storyline picking up after the dramatic events of season 2. Lead CIA operative Joe, portrayed by Zoe Saldaña, survived a suicide‑bomb explosion and a gunshot wound in the previous season and returns to the field despite medical advice to rest. The new episodes are scheduled to start on Monday 03/08 on Cosmote Series in Greece.

The season features direction by Michael Friedman and Robert McLachlan and includes cast members Laysla De Oliveira, Jill Wagner and Nicole Kidman. The show continues to explore covert networks, foreign agents and personal betrayals as Joe navigates increasingly dangerous missions.
