Lions and Leo Clubs lead charitable initiatives in Italy

Lions and Leo Clubs in Italy are conducting various charitable initiatives to support local communities. In Alberobello, the Lions Club Fasano and Leo Club Fasano organized a “Passeggiata della solidarietà” (Solidarity Walk). Approximately 150 participants joined the walk through the Murgia countryside to raise funds for the donation of a guide dog to a visually impaired young woman.

In Bra, the Lions Club Bra Host, Lions Club Bra del Roero, and Leo Club Bra have launched the “Zaino Sospeso” (Suspended Backpack) campaign. This initiative encourages donations of school supplies, such as backpacks, notebooks, and pens, to assist families facing economic difficulties. The collected materials are destined for Caritas Bra to ensure students have the necessary tools for the school year.
