Lions Club Fano launches ‘Un Poster per la Pace’ art competition

The Lions Club Fano has announced the 2026-2027 edition of the international competition ‘Un Poster per la Pace’ (A Poster for Peace). The initiative, promoted by Lions Club International, is aimed at middle school students aged 11 to 13.

The theme for this edition is ‘Armonia nell’umanità’ (Harmony in Humanity). The competition encourages young participants to use art and creativity to reflect on the meaning of peace and to depict a world capable of coexisting through differences, respect, dialogue, and solidarity.

The official presentation will take place on Tuesday, September 22, at the Mediateca Montanari in Fano. The event will include a discussion led by Dr. Luciano Benini to provide students with deeper insights into the contemporary relevance of peace. The program will conclude with awards and a ceremony to proclaim the winners.
