Lions Clubs expand community service efforts in Eswatini and Malawi

The Mbabane Lions Club has officially launched in Eswatini, becoming the second club in the country. During a charter night at Mountain View, 23 charter members pledged to use their resources and skills to support the capital city. Julia Saulus was installed as the inaugural president of the club.

In Malawi, the Mpingwe Lions Club provided assistance to the Courageous Kids Foundation in Blantyre. The club donated assorted items valued at K3 million, including food supplies such as maize flour, sugar, and salt, as well as academic stationery and soap. The foundation, which cares for 98 children, is managed by Courageous Musasa and continues to seek support to meet the daily needs of the children and infants in its care.
