Lions Clubs in Augusta and Biella appoint new presidents

The Lions Club Augusta Host elected Antonella Baffo as its new president, succeeding Salvatore Pitruzzello. The ceremony attended regional Lions officials and highlighted ongoing community projects, including a hair‑wig service for those in need.

In Biella, the Lions Club Bugella Civitas named psychologist Patrizia Tempia as president, taking over from Fausta Bolengo. Tempia, who also works for the local health authority, said she will focus on youth programs. The event also recalled the club’s recent support for the ANFFAS facility and featured a short talk on mountain heritage by geologist Mattia Sella.
