Lipa parish celebrates 725th anniversary

The parish of St. Peter and Paul in Lipa celebrated its 725th anniversary with a special thanksgiving Mass. The community, which traces its Catholic roots back to 1301, gathered to honor its long history.

Auxiliary Bishop Piotr Wawrzynek presided over the Eucharist. The celebration also served as a harvest festival, with parishioners bringing harvest wreaths to the church to express gratitude for the year's crops. In his homily, Bishop Wawrzynek spoke about the importance of maintaining an attitude of gratitude toward God in all aspects of life.
