Liqui Moly warehouse in Kyiv destroyed by Russian missiles

Russian missiles struck the central warehouse of German lubricants manufacturer Liqui Moly in the Kyiv region of Ukraine on the night of 5‑6 August 2026. The attack ignited a fire that completely destroyed the facility and tons of product, but the company said none of its employees were injured. Liqui Moly, based in Ulm and part of the Würth Group, announced that orders could not be processed while it reroutes supplies and works to fulfil existing commitments.

The strike was part of a broader wave of Russian attacks that also hit the Epicentr K hardware chain, online retailer Rozetka and food‑seller Fozzy Group. Ukrainian authorities reported 17 civilian deaths and 44 injuries in the same night’s attacks. Liqui Moly emphasized that the incident would not affect its team, reputation or commitment to the Ukrainian market.
