Lisa’s ‘Always Lalisa’ documentary to debut at Toronto Film Festival

The documentary ‘Always Lalisa’ is set to debut at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival before its worldwide theatrical release on October 12, 2026. Directed by Sue Kim, the film chronicles a pivotal year in the life of BLACKPINK member Lisa as she transitions into a solo career, explores acting, and builds her personal brand.

Produced by Sony Music Vision in association with RCA Records, Tremolo Productions, Salt Water Productions, and Lisa’s own agency LLOUD CO, the film aims to provide an intimate look at the artist’s creative process and the pressures of maintaining a global public image. The documentary will be available in IMAX theaters and will later be released exclusively on YouTube Premium at the end of 2026.

Tickets for the film are scheduled to go on sale starting September 9.
