Gebalis – Gestão de Bairros Municipais de Lisboa said the eviction of a mother with two children (aged 4 and 2) from a municipal dwelling in the Bairro do Condado, Marvila, was coordinated with the Santa Casa da Misericórdia, the city agency responsible for social emergencies.
