Lisbon Football Association conducts referee training

The Lisbon Football Association (AFL) Referee Council conducted training and evaluation sessions for football and futsal referees to prepare for the upcoming sports season. The initiatives took place at the Military Academy of Lisbon and the Instituto Superior de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo.

The sessions included theoretical and practical learning, covering topics such as changes to the laws of the game, communication strategies, conflict management, and the role of the AFL Delegate. Antonino Silva, President of the Referee Council, opened the sessions by outlining the council's objectives and emphasizing the importance of referee commitment to the sport.
