Lisbon Metro extends service hours for MEO Kalorama festival

Metropolitano de Lisboa has announced extended service hours for the Red and Green lines to accommodate the MEO Kalorama festival, held at Parque da Bela Vista from August 28 to 30.

On the early morning of Saturday, August 28, several stations on the Red Line—including Aeroporto, Oriente, Olivais, Bela Vista, Alameda, and S. Sebastião—as well as stations on the Green Line such as Alameda, Areeiro, Campo Grande, and Telheiras, will remain open until 4:00 AM. For the following two days, August 29 and 30, these stations will operate until 3:00 AM.

The extension is part of a partnership intended to promote public transport as a sustainable and safe way for festival attendees to travel. Passengers are advised to use bank cards or existing passes to avoid ticket queues.
