Liskeard murder investigation continues with four suspects in custody

Devon and Cornwall Police have launched a murder investigation after a man in his 50s was found dead at a property on Baytree Hill in Liskeard on Sunday, September 13.

Four suspects have been arrested on suspicion of murder: a local man in his 30s at the scene, two local men in their 40s and 50s, and a man in his 20s from Plymouth. Investigators have sought warrants for further detention to allow more time for questioning. While a cordon was established around a property on Dean Street for forensic examination, police stated there is no wider threat to the community at this time.
