Lisów marks 50 years of its community sports club

The village of Lisów in eastern Poland celebrated the 50th anniversary of its local sports club on a sunny Saturday. The festivities began at 11:00 with a match between the club’s veteran team, Kadet Lisów, and a side representing municipal officials from the Lubartów gmina.

Afternoon activities were geared toward families, featuring inflatable play structures, a Euro‑bungee jump, face painting, soap‑bubble displays and a photo booth. A sports zone offered games and animation for children, while a special guest, chef Łukasz Porowski, taught youngsters how to make their own pizzas. Refreshments included ice cream and snacks, and the celebration concluded with a traditional village dance.

Organisers thanked sponsors and partners for supporting the day‑long picnic, which highlighted the club’s role in fostering community spirit over five decades.
