Literary and cinematic worlds featured in new games

Various entertainment options based on literary and cinematic worlds are being highlighted for leisure time. In the realm of board games, ‘The Witcher: Old World’ allows players to explore the Continent during the era preceding Andrzej Sapkowski’s novels, focusing on monster hunting and deck building. Additionally, ‘Lipowo. Who Killed It?’ offers a detective experience based on Katarzyna Puzyńska’s crime series, where players use deduction to solve murders.

In video gaming, the Middle-earth: Shadow Bundle is arriving for the Nintendo Switch 2. This collection includes Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor (Game of the Year edition) and Middle-earth: Shadow of War (Definitive Edition). While the games do not feature a full technical overhaul for the new hardware, they bring the action-adventure experiences set in Middle-earth to the hybrid console.
