Literary events held in Catamarca and Ciudad del Este

Various literary events are taking place across South America. In Catamarca, Argentina, journalist and sociologist Eugenia Zicavo is scheduled to present ‘Primeras páginas’ at the 18th Provincial Book Fair on October 11. The anthology features one hundred significant opening passages from universal literature, ranging from classical works like ‘The Iliad’ and ‘Anna Karenina’ to contemporary authors such as Mónica Ojeda.

Meanwhile, the first International Book Fair is being held in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, running from September 10 to 27. The event features writers from Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. Representing Castelli, Argentina, Miguel Ángel Vidaurre, President of SADE Castelli-Chaco, presented his books including ‘La muerte de los linyeras’ and ‘Princesa Rusa en el Impenetrable’ at the Lago Shopping venue.
