Litfiba launches 40th‑anniversary “17 Re” tour across Italy

Litfiba, the iconic Italian rock band, kicked off a 20‑date “40 Years of 17 Re – Tour 2026” on 27 June in Perugia. The tour will travel to major Italian festivals from June through August, performing the 1986 double‑album “17 Re” in its entirety alongside classic tracks such as “Istanbul”, “Santiago”, “Eroi nel vento”, “La preda”, “Tex” and “Cangaceiro”. The original 1980s lineup – Piero Pelù, Ghigo Renzulli, Antonio Aiazzi and Gianni Maroccolo – will be on stage for each show. At the opening concert the band announced a live album, “17 Re 1986‑2026”, scheduled for release on 27 November; it will contain live recordings of the full album and the previously unreleased title track, and is already available for pre‑order on CD and double‑LP.
