Lithuanian organizations announce ‘Vertybių keliu ’26’ hike

The Lithuanian Special Investigation Service and the 8th Samogitian Detachment of the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union are organizing the traditional hike ‘Vertybių keliu ’26’. The event is scheduled for September 12, 2026, in the Pavandenė area of the Varniai eldership within the Telšiai district.

Now in its fourth year, the hike aims to bring together the community, youth, educational institutions, and non-governmental organizations to promote citizenship and anti-corruption awareness. Participants are invited to complete a 13 km circular route featuring educational activities and information stations. Those who finish the trek will receive commemorative medals and a meal provided by the organizers.
