Lithuanian Red Cross to host free civil protection workshops in Kaišiadorys

The Lithuanian Red Cross, in collaboration with the Kaišiadorys District Municipality administration, is hosting free workshops focused on civil protection and emotional resilience. The project, titled ‘Preparation for Civil Protection in Kaišiadorys City’, aims to develop social skills, crisis preparedness, and civic responsibility among residents.

The sessions will cover topics such as recognizing the physical impact of emotions, managing stress and tension during crises, providing emotional support to others, and improving sleep quality. The training is open to all Kaišiadorys residents, with specific outreach to vulnerable groups including large families, individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and those experiencing social risks or domestic violence.
