Lithuanian Riflemen's Union expands drone operator training

The 317th Drone Systems Company of the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union in Klaipėda is actively expanding its technological competencies. The unit focuses on training volunteers to become proficient drone operators, emphasizing human readiness and the responsible use of technology.

Activities include initial operator training, joint exercises with the Lithuanian military, search and rescue operations alongside the police, and surveillance duties in cooperation with the State Border Guard Service. The unit's membership and capabilities have grown steadily over recent years, with training sessions organized across the Western Lithuania region to ensure widespread regional preparedness.
