Lithuania's Competence Library gains recognition for cultural sector e-learning
The Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania has developed the ‘Competence Library,’ a remote learning environment for professionals in the cultural sector. The platform currently serves over 8,000 employees, allowing them to engage in professional development at their own pace and location.
Two of the platform's e-learning courses have been nominated for the ‘Digital Learning Awards Lithuania.’ The course ‘Creativity Training: Paper and Line’ is a nominee in the technological innovation category, while ‘Communication in an Organization’ is nominated for ‘User Experience (UX) and Visual Design of the Year.’
