Little Moons and Candy Kittens launch vegan Sour Watermelon mochi

Little Moons and vegan confectionery brand Candy Kittens have announced their first branded collaboration: a limited-edition Sour Watermelon Sorbet Mochi. The product features a watermelon-flavoured sorbet with a sour profile wrapped in soft rice dough.

The collaboration was reportedly driven by consumer demand on TikTok, where followers frequently requested sour flavour profiles. Little Moons co-founder Vivien Wong stated that the brand approached Candy Kittens co-founder Jamie Laing to fulfill these community requests.

The vegan-friendly mochi, which contains 52 calories per piece, will be available exclusively through Ocado starting August 12. The move follows trends in the frozen snacking category, where innovation has accounted for a significant portion of growth.
