Little National Hotel Adelaide opens on North Terrace

The Little National Hotel Adelaide has officially opened on North Terrace, marking the fourth location for the brand. The $100 million, 21-storey tower provides 237 rooms in the heart of the South Australian capital.

Owned by Doma Group, the hotel utilizes a “luxury-lite” model that emphasizes high-quality amenities and communal spaces over large individual room footprints. While 140 rooms follow the brand’s signature compact design, the Adelaide location introduces new options including 38 square metre Luxe Apartments, family-friendly configurations, and two penthouses featuring private bars.

Facilities include a 250-square-metre Technogym-equipped fitness centre, two meeting spaces, and a rooftop lounge and bar offering views of the Adelaide Hills and coast. The building was designed by Bates Smart, with interior design for the lobby, lounge, and bar handled by Luchetti Krelle.
