Littler partners with Legora and Epiq to advance AI workforce transformation

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice, has announced strategic partnerships with legal technology providers Legora and Epiq. The collaboration aims to help employers manage the legal, workforce, and operational consequences of integrating artificial intelligence into business operations.

Under the agreement, Littler will lead employment law and workforce governance. Legora will focus on the design and implementation of AI-enabled legal workflows, building on previous pilot programs conducted across Littler’s European offices. Epiq will provide expertise in process redesign, data readiness, privacy, and organizational change management.

The initiative seeks to move organizations beyond simple AI experimentation toward structured execution, addressing critical questions regarding human judgment, accountability, and the translation of legal frameworks into operational practices.
