WWE wrestler Liv Morgan has shared details regarding her lengthy recovery from a head injury sustained during a backstage segment involving Roxanne Perez. The collision resulted in a significant hematoma that persisted for several months following the incident.

After initial steroid injections failed to fully resolve the issue, Morgan underwent a fat graft procedure to address a divot left in her head. The procedure involved extracting fat from her abdomen and injecting it into the affected area of her hairline.
