Live Nation Entertainment Gains New Institutional Stake from OMERS and Visualize Group

OMERS ADMINISTRATION Corp increased its stake in Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE:LYV) in the first quarter, buying an additional 885,524 shares to hold a total of 900,794 shares, representing about 0.38% of the company and valued at roughly $137.4 million. Visualize Group LP also added to its position, purchasing 97,922 shares worth about $14.9 million, which accounts for 6.1% of the LP’s investment portfolio. Both investors join a broader group of institutional holders that collectively own around 74½% of Live Nation’s stock. Recent insider activity includes EVP John Hopman’s sale of 93,078 shares for a total of $15.5 million, reducing his personal holding by about one‑third.
