Live Nation to open Grange House venue in Singapore by mid-2027

Live Nation is set to open Grange House, a new live entertainment venue, at Orchard Road in Singapore by mid-2027. The facility will have a capacity of 3,000 people, aiming to fill a gap between the city's smaller venues and its large-scale stadiums.

Located at 94 Somerset Road on the former Grange Road carpark site, the venue will feature a high-tech main event stage suitable for both local and international acts. The development is part of the Orchard Road Rejuvenation Initiative and will include indoor and outdoor spaces, such as a landscaped terrace and an all-day cafe and restaurant.

A walkway will connect the venue to 313@Somerset, featuring rotating art, exhibitions, and pop-up installations. Edward Liu, managing director of Live Nation Singapore, stated that the venue represents the next step in the company's continued investment in the Singaporean market.
