Livermore Approves Large Residential Project as New Condo Development Opens

The Livermore City Council unanimously approved an ordinance on July 27 that allows a development agreement for a potential residential project on a 122‑acre parcel at 3658 Las Colinas Road. The plan could accommodate 605 to 900 housing units, with Adventus committing $6 million to the city’s community‑benefit fund for infrastructure, parks and storm‑water treatment. Councilmember Evan Branning said the agreement “gives Livermore an opportunity to get some really good community benefits.”

Separately, the Parkview condominium development in Livermore’s Isabel neighborhood opened in early July. Built by City Ventures, the 31‑unit, three‑story townhome project includes six below‑market‑rate units and four accessible units, along with a Class 2B bike lane and solar‑powered, energy‑efficient homes. City Ventures President Natasha Zabaneh highlighted the project’s “modern living” and “price point rarely seen for new construction in the Bay Area.”
