Liverpool and Chelsea eye return for Trent Alexander-Arnold

Trent Alexander-Arnold is being linked with a return to the Premier League following difficulties securing a regular starting position at Real Madrid.

Liverpool is reportedly preparing a potential offer of approximately 23 million euros to bring the English international back to Anfield during the winter transfer window. The club seeks to reunite with the former academy graduate, whose passing ability and vision were central to their previous success.

Chelsea is also expressing interest in the 28-year-old defender. Reports suggest that manager Xabi Alonso would welcome the opportunity to work with the player again. While no official offers have been confirmed by either club, Alexander-Arnold's lack of consistent playing time in Spain has made a move back to England a significant possibility for the upcoming transfer period.
