Turkish Airlines to become Liverpool FC main shirt sponsor in £300m deal
Liverpool FC has reached an agreement with Turkish Airlines for a major front-of-shirt sponsorship deal. The partnership is set to begin on June 1, 2027, and will cover the 2027-28 season onwards.
The deal is reported to be worth over £300 million over five years, which equates to more than £60 million per season. This represents a significant increase from the current annual sponsorship from Standard Chartered, which is valued at approximately £50 million. If confirmed, the agreement is expected to be the most lucrative front-of-shirt sponsorship in Premier League history.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Turkish Airlines logo will appear on the match shirts of Liverpool’s men’s, women’s, and academy teams. Standard Chartered, which has been the club’s main shirt sponsor since 2010, will transition to a global partner role following the conclusion of the 2026-27 season.
