Liverpool Football Club have intensified their pursuit of Paris Saint‑Germain winger Bradley Barcola, identifying him as their primary target to replace Mohamed Salah. Barcola, 23, is under contract with PSG until 2028 and has reportedly given a verbal agreement to join Liverpool, prioritising the Premier League side over other interests.

PSG have set a valuation of roughly €170 million (about £145 million), while Liverpool are said to be preparing an opening offer in the £100‑£150 million range. Sources indicate the Reds hope to negotiate a fee nearer £100 million, well below PSG’s asking price. Negotiations are ongoing, with no formal agreement reached with PSG yet.

The transfer saga follows Liverpool’s earlier focus on Yan Diomande, who is now slated to move to Real Madrid, leaving Barcola as the club’s top priority. Arsenal have also been linked with the French winger, but Liverpool remain the frontrunner in the race.
