Liverpool intensifies chase for Bradley Barcola amid summer transfer window

Liverpool are reportedly prioritising a move for French winger Bradley Barcola, whose contract with Paris Saint‑Germain runs until 2028. PSG have valued the player at around €135 million, and the English club is said to be prepared to meet a fee of roughly £128 million to secure his services.

In parallel, Liverpool are also monitoring other targets to bolster the squad after Mohamed Salah’s departure. The club have identified Brighton’s Gambian forward Yankuba Minteh, with an estimated price tag of £70‑80 million, and Mexican midfielder Gilberto Mora, who impressed at the 2026 World Cup despite being only 17. Both players are linked with interest from several European giants, but Liverpool hope to move quickly to stay ahead in the race.

The pursuit reflects Liverpool’s need to add quality on the right flank and reinforce the midfield ahead of the 2026/27 season, while balancing financial commitments across multiple potential signings.
